In 2022, I raised $3M VC solo for my web3 fantasy factory, AllHours Labs. Shown is the first ecommerce platform we built.

Despite having killer brands/artists on board for a Sept launch, the timing was off, and I didn’t want to launch during peak FUD. I pivoted AllHours to an agency model, white-labeled our tech with two clients to generate revenue and cover spend, and returned the investment. I tried something really hard, had some success, and phased out quickly but positively. I’m really proud of that.

We connected physical apparel and collectibles, basically bolstering your apparel purchases with NFT and metaverse fun…

… and the tech was A-grade:

We built on Ethereum, created wallets for our users or connected Metamasks, made fiat purchases easy, then had a fully functioning secondary marketplace for NFT resales.

We made apparel with NFC chips inside to link to their NFT counterpart. All of our platforms, plus fun AllHours merch and in-house apparel designed by me.

The platform is full of quirky, thoughtful web3 surprises, like this physical/virtual toggle on all the grids.
